PERFORMANCE PILOT & TECHNIQUE
FALL 2025
This fall I’m offering two opportunities for actors at different stages of their work — whether you’re building your foundation or ready to expand into ensemble performance, there’s a place for you.
Professional Acting Class: Piloting a New Ensemble Showcase
A 10-week depth acting and rehearsal class designed for a select group of professional actors. The program focuses on ensemble-based performance, culminating in a directed showcase of one acts and scenes presented before an invited audience of industry professionals and colleagues.
Actors will engage in the professional discipline of rehearsal, transforming individual work into collective artistry. In this class, we’ll build an ensemble where vulnerability is strength, risk is celebrated, and creativity spreads from one actor to the next.
These are the qualities that set a working actor apart, allowing for a fully actualized performance for stage or film.
Schedule: October 9 – December 18 (omit 11/27)
Time: Thursdays, 6:30–9:30 pm
Fee: $500 pilot program | $100 deposit due October 4
Enrollment: By invitation only - please let me know your interest
Acting Technique for Stage & Film (Online via Zoom)
This 8-week technique class offers the essential groundwork for professional acting, rooted in Uta Hagen–based exercises. Actors practice relaxation, concentration, and presence, then move into creating and becoming the character, living truthfully in the scene, and emotional access with courage and vulnerability.
Each session applies these skills directly to stage and film performance, making the work authentic, disciplined, and alive. Open to both beginners building a foundation and professionals refining their technique.
Schedule: October 7 – November 25
Time: Tuesdays, 5–7 pm (Zoom)
Fee: $320 | $50 deposit due October 4
Enrollment: All levels
